Policies & Procedures
Tuition- Tuition is due by the 7th of every month. After the 7th, a late fee of $10 is automatically applied to your account. There is a $25 charge for returned checks. Children will be dropped from the class if tuition is not received by the end of the month. Your account will need to be current for the child/children to return to the program. If your child is dropped due to non-payment, a $15 re-enrollment fee is require to re-join the class.
*Team tuition is due by the 1st of each month and a credit card authoriziation form must be kept on file.
Registration: An annual registration fee of $35 ($60 max per family) is due at time of initial enrollment and renewed annually. This is a non-refundable fee.
Discounts- Discounts are given for families with multiple children in our recreational programs, siblings receive 15% off monthly tuition. We also offer a discount for our Cities Heroes with $5.00 off monthly tuition for children of our local Teachers, Policemen, Firemen & Military families.
Dropping a class- A 30 day written notice is required to drop a class. A drop notice card must be filled out and is available at the front desk. Slips must be returned directly to the front desk to be counted received (notifying the coaching staff is not sufficient). You will continue to be billed for the class until this card is received by the front desk.
Make ups- Please understand that a student’s place is reserved for the class they are enrolled in and staff is paid for that time. Make-ups are on Fridays on a space available basis and are not guaranteed. Tuition must be in current standing to schedule a make-up. No refunds or pro-rates for missed classes are permitted. To ensure that space is available, call to schedule your make-up class in advance.
Weather-Cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond the control of Plano USA do not constitute a make-up class. Plano USA reserves the right to cancel any class at anytime. Our web-site is updated regularly in these circumstances.
Dress code- Girls should wear leotards with their hair pulled back and secure. Boys should wear shorts and a t-shirt or a tunic. No buttons or zippers. NO gum, no shoes or socks. Gymnastics apparel is also available thru the gym’s Pro-Shop.
Private Lessons- All private lessons are to be arranged with the individual coach. Individual coaches set their own prices. Everyone participating in provate lessons is required to join Plano USA and pay the annual membership fees before beginning private lessons. Lessons should be paid to the coach.
Plano USA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
